Orthodontic Dental Assistant 

• On the job training available! 
• Being the best part of our patients day, providing wonderful orthodontic care
• Knowledge or ability to learn dental terminology, anatomy and dental instruments 
• Assisting orthodontic providers during orthodontic dental procedures 
• Sterilization of instruments and knowledge of or ability to learn infection control procedures
• Taking of patient records including intraoral photos, radiographs, and intraoral scans 
• Educating and communicating with our patients throughout orthodontic care

Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator 

• On the job training available!
• Being the best part of our patients day, being the welcoming face of our practice
• Great communicator and multitasker, managing multiple patient communication methods throughout the day (in person, phones, text and email) 
• Inputting patient information and scheduling appointments 
• Working efficiently while maintaining attention to detail 
• Open to learning and demonstrating a growth mindset
